Assist in the handling of Property and Automobile subrogation claims
Drafting of pleadings and motions
Additional related work, as required
Civil Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements:
Experience in civil litigation
Ability to speak with adverse attorneys and claims adjusters
Possess strong organizational skills needed to maintain computerized diaries
Prior experience drafting and filing
Knowledge of insurance subrogation is a huge plus
Experience working with MS Word, Case Management software, Adobe and Outlook
Detailed orientated
Strong verbal and writing skills
