Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Interventional Oncology (INTO) is recruiting for a Program Manager Lead located in Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Beerse, Belgium; or High Wycombe, UK. Remote based candidates within North America and Europe may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.The Program Manager Lead (PML) is responsible for cross-functional planning and operational execution of programs within the INTO portfolio by ensuring integrated planning, providing focused planning, managing program budget and resources, driving risk management and differentiated execution, navigating the R&D process, reporting and documenting program information, and unlocking the power of Teams. The PML is a core member of INTO Development Team (DTs) within INTO and will partner closely with the Development Team Leader (DTL) and Development Team members to deliver project milestones on time and within budget. Managing the interface and the integration with all stakeholders will be a core responsibility, including Sector and External Partners.This individual will also work within INTO as needed to develop sustainable systems, tools, and business processes that are aligned with Finance, IT, and other functional stakeholder systems at Johnson & Johnson.Key Responsibilities:

Drive and manage multiple programs within the INTO portfolio. This will include building detailed, cross-functional integrated development plans and budget forecasts from pre-clinical development through late-phase clinical activities.

Manage the interface between internal and external stakeholders to ensure fully aligned execution of the development plans. This could include active participation in Due Diligence and driving any joint steering committees and joint teams in accordance to Contract/Deal Terms.

Champion the use of PM tools and methodologies to focus the DT on delivering against program and project goals, optimizing value, time, and resource utilization. Responsible for creation of scenario plans, evaluation of options and risk assessments, including mitigation strategies. Plan effectively to ensure DTs have the resources to achieve their goals.

Manage Program information, documentation, and team communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the DT strategy and project status throughout INTO and between business partners (as required). Ensure documentation of team meetings, key decisions, action items and cross-functional communication.

Support development and implementation of sustainable INTO systems, tools, and business processes that are aligned with Finance, IT, and other functional stakeholder systems at Johnson & Johnson.

QualificationsQualifications and Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field is required; A Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or Business Management is preferred.

8 or more years of Healthcare or Life Science experience is required.

5 or more years of project management experience is required.

Experience with pharmaceutical and diagnostic R&D processes (i.e. Discovery, Preclinical, CMC and/or Clinical Development) is required.

Proficiency with MS Project is required.

Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

The ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required.

Professional project management certification and/or diploma is preferred.

Previous experience in the Oncology Therapeutic Area is preferred.

Academic Alliance Management or Business Development experience is preferred.
