Manager, Patient Access/Affordability Operations & Supplier Management-Neuroscience - 2406173182WDescriptionJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Access/Affordability Operations & Supplier Management within the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization located in either Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.Johnson & Johnson is committed to raising the bar on patient experience (Px), building a new center of excellence – the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization – that will create more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences for patients starting treatments across the Janssen portfolio.The Manager, Access/Affordability Operations & Supplier Management is responsible for the tactical oversight of Johnson & Johnson North America patient engagement program(s) execution, the identification of continuous improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency of access and affordability programs, and the management of supplier performance through data analytics within and/or across assigned therapeutic areas.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Day-to-day management of HUB operations for access, affordability, and companion programs (performing daily program monitoring and operational oversight for assigned TA)

Implementation of projects and program enhancements

Measure and analyse of key performance metrics related to both patient access and affordability program performance, and supplier performance

Identification of the relevant key indicators of supplier reliability and performance measurement

Triage general program and individual patient/HCP issues, identify root cause and corrective action(s)

Support creation and maintenance of program materials ensuring content is current, compliant and process through CAC (SOPs & call guides)

Support Program / Supplier Governance (QBR/CGC)

Provide insight into Program/Supplier strategic initiatives

Use SMOx experience to inform contract negotiation

Lead Supplier and internal teams through key deliverables to include Compliance Governance Committee (CGC) Meetings, supplier Proof of Service and budget management, Supplier Control Document, Supplier Audits, Issue triage and resolution, and non-conformance documentation

You will report to the Associate Director, Operations & Supplier Management and must collaborate across the PECS Solutions team, specifically Patient Access & Affordability Solutions (PAAS), Px Teams for your assigned TA, as well as key functional partners (IT, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Offer Development, Procurement, Contracting, Commercial Excellence, Finance). Janssen recognizes this, and wants to create an experience that is personalized, helpful, and hopeful.The Manager Access/Affordability Operations & Supplier Management is responsible for partners and process that support the PECS team in building industry-leading patient support across the PECS organization.Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong supplier relationships with HUB/Coupon suppliers to drive best practices through all programs; proactively identify and promote knowledge sharing and best practices across therapeutic areas.Data Analysis – Utilize data and KPI accountability to tease out quality measure gaps & opportunities. Drive insights into performance, operational efficiencies, and enhancements.Change Management – Systemic approach in monitoring the constant flow of data associated with our ever-changing programs and teams. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

A minimum of 5 years of healthcare business experience (EX: customer service, sales, marketing, market access experience, operations, supply chain, analytics, account management) is required

Experience managing Access & Affordability programs (e.g., HUB, Coupon) preferred

Budget management experience is required

Experience with Oncology or Neuroscience preferred

A minimum of 2 years of supplier management is preferred

Candidate must have strong business acumen and demonstrate confidence, emotional intelligence, and empathy to influence internal/external stakeholders

Must be capable of managing multiple priorities

Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, agility, and pro-active relationship management in a multi-matrix stakeholder environment, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment; Commitment to diversity and inclusion to foster best thinking across the team

Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage conflict and defuse difficult situations.

Travel. This position can be based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. Remote and may require up to 10% domestic travel. Remote work options in the United States may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
