(Strategic Customer Group-SCG) is recruiting for an Associate Director, Pricing Strategy, Nipocalimab to be based in the Horsham, PA office.Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Hospital Systems/health systems, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), leading Health Plans, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), Specialized Pharmacy Providers (SPPs), and government health care institutions (Veteran’s Administration and Department of Defense). The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.The Associate Director, Pricing Strategy is responsible for building the optimal pricing strategy for Nipocalimab, a novel FcRn inhibitor being investigated across multiple disease areas. This individual will interact and collaborate with Senior Brand Leaders, Strategic Customer Group Leadership Team, Legal, Healthcare Compliance (HCC), Finance, and others in the establishment, approval and implementation of pricing and contracting policies.
Strategies must be customized and developed for all stakeholders and channels in the US Healthcare ecosystem and take into account short and long term needs of the asset across upcoming indications.
These strategies may include list price, confidential discount offerings and value based concepts. They will be based on synthesizing customer, industry and competitive information and leveraging insights to guide the creation of product specific and franchise pricing contracting and value-based approaches. This will include leading external market research.
Ensuring awareness of price as a key component of marketing mix at the gross and net level. Collaborating across teams to provide access scenarios and impact on patient access and revenues.
Developing and implementing strategy dashboards tracking pricing strategies and business impact. Proactively conduct changing marketplace analyses to ensure the evolution of contracting approaches in the marketplace to optimize value and business results.
Actively monitor current and emerging policy and reimbursement initiatives and healthcare system metrics and adjust pricing strategies appropriately.
QualificationsQualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other critical thinking Major Required.
Advanced degree preferred.

Solid written, oral and presentation communications
Understanding of the U.S. Healthcare System
Experience
A minimum of 5 or years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical / MedTech / Healthcare industry required. Emphasis in finance, marketing, analytics, RWV&E or business development functions preferred.
Experience in pricing, access, contracting or account management preferred.
Ability to indirectly lead and influence others required
Strong understanding of reimbursement / payment models and customer structures preferred.
Strong financial or marketing background preferred.
This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require travel up to 10%
