Description Attention HR Professionals in the Monmouth County area! Robert Half is seeking an HR Generalist near Tinton Falls for a collaborative and fast-paced HR Team! This position requires 6+ years of experience with traditional HR Generalist duties. SHRM or PHR Certification or a willingness to become certified is required of candidates. Experience with HR Analytics, Software Integration, and Payroll/Benefits familiarity is highly desirable. Prepares offer letters and submits candidates for background screenings and drug testing in accordance with company policies.

Administers the new hire onboarding process (system onboarding, I-9 approval, phone setup, employee documentation, etc.)

Provides back up support to Payroll Dept when needed.

Processes termination of employees, retrieval of equipment, and offboarding in the systems.

Assists with written disciplinary action of employees.

Assists with HR policies updates and rollouts as needed to be put into effect and distributed to the company.

Coordinates employee benefits programs with third party provider.

Assists with HR questions and escalates to manager when appropriate.

Conducts periodic audits and runs data analysis for HR metrics.

Administers Workers Compensation Claims.

Assists with the completion of any HR paperwork including OSHA recordkeeping.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

PHR or SHRM Certificate – Must be willing to become certified

Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills

Multi-tasking ability

Tech Savvy
