This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.  You will support the Tax Manager in meeting tax compliance obligations and provide assistance as required.What You'll DoPreparation of tax effect accounting calculations for the 30 June 2025 financial year end and income tax returns including detailed work papersAssistance with the preparation of the 2025 fringe benefits tax returnsPerform analysis of fixed assets from a tax perspective and ensure complete and accurate tax fixed asset registersProvide ad hoc support to the Tax ManagerWhat You'll BringCommerce degree or equivalentAt least 4 years experience in a professional services firm and/or corporate tax function across FBT, income tax and tax accountingProficient in tax effect accounting and strong excel skillsStrong communication skills as well as an ability to work independentlyHands on approach to understanding and navigating systems to collate data for tax analysisKnowledge of business accounting principlesWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
