This is an exciting career opportunity where you will take ownership of and responsibility for the Accounts Payable function for NRMA.What You'll DoOversee Group Corporate Card management function including new card application, card limit change, card cancellation and managing cardholders queries such declined transactions and personal useConduct weekly expense audit on Group corporate cardsManage & review of expense report for corporate card transactions and follow up of un-acquitted and pending transactions with cardholdersCo-ordinate & assist in preparing monthly Payment Times Reporting submissions for all 11 NRMA entities in scopePrepare Consolidated Group Submission which includes Board pack bi-annualMonth end reports and other adhoc reporting as requiredWhat You'll BringPrior experience in an accounts payable position in a large organisationFormal qualifications in a relevant disciplineAccounts Payable experience on ERP systemAbility to multi-task and maintain accuracy in all tasksHigh attention to detail with the ability to problem solveDelivery of high quality accurate reports within tight deadlinesValue add perception of the processing function from all stakeholdersExcellent time management skillsPrior experience using an integrated finance systemWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
