As the Senior Finance Manager in the SIXT business division, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the division including ownership of the customer billing process. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with NRMA Group policies, and the efficient use of financial resources.What You'll DoManagement of month end and year end close activities in line with NRMA Group timelinesManage the compilation of the monthly balance sheet and annual budgeted balance sheetsPreparation of monthly BAS, FBT and Income Tax provisions and return calculations, including liaising with Group TaxOversee the effective operation of controls to monitor compliance with policies such as delegation of authority and travel/expense managementLead the development and implementation of effective transaction capture and billing process, including management key stakeholders in Product development, Operations, Technology and FranchiseesLead the financial control and accounts receivable teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectivelyInspire confidence and efficiency within the team and across the broader business for the delivery of timely, high-quality service to internal and external customersWhat You'll BringEffective leadership and management skills and proven track record in people managementTertiary level qualification in a relevant finance discipline including CA/CPA3+ years’ experience in a similar roleStrong skills in Excel and proficient across a range of MS suite platforms and other reporting systems and toolsExceptional communicator – in writing, spoken word and presentationHigh level attention to detailExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to engage a range of stakeholders across a multi-disciplined businessWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
