Description Attention all Human Resources Managers. Robert Half is working with a growing client to a hire a new Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.Your responsibilities in this role

Partner effectively with employees, managers and corporate contacts to handle general HR demands.

Strategically manage employee development and improvement plans including goal development, coaching, training, rewards and recognition.

Set up management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

Administer benefits programs for all employees.

Create, improve and administer human resource policies and procedures.

Manage onboarding process for newly hired salaried employees.

Organize exit interviews and procedures

Requirements

The ideal Human Resources Manager candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.Other requirements for the Human Resources Manager position include and are not limited to:

5+ years of Human Resources experience

Manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience in safety management and handling workers compensation preferred

Excellent critical thinking and decision making skills.

Ability to listen well, comprehend and analyze situations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
