TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in NJ for a Customer Relation Specialist. This role will be supporting customer sales orders and reporting to maintain a high quality customer experience. Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with identifying customer needs and forwarding resolution opportunities to appropriate team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchase order fulfillment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners by providing exceptional customer service.
Process orders and appointments accurately and in a timely manner to ensure on time and in full delivery.
Ensure all information is entered accurately in the company database.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in supplemental files and our customer relationship management tool.
Continuously learn and stay up to date on our customer products, facility standards, and policies / procedures
Assist team members with client inquiries and requests.
Work with management on assigned ad-hoc projects, research, and tasks.
Qualifications:
Customer Support exp.
Technical knowledge highly preferred
Order processing
ERP experience

Shift: 8am-5pm
