About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking aSenior Software Engineer with expertise in front-end technologies and a strong foundation in full-stack development using Java or .NET. The ideal candidate will excel in creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces using framework like React or Angular and have a solid understanding of backend development and relational databases. This role plays a crucial part in driving our digital transformation, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the development of scalable, robust applications.In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using Angular, ensuring a responsive, intuitive, and engaging user experience.

Develop and maintain scalable backend services using .Net or Java, effectively handling business logic and data processing.

Required Skills:

4+ years experience in front-end development using Angular or React and an understanding of UX/UI design principles.

3+ years experience with back-end development languages and frameworks (eg., Java/J2EE, Spring, Gradle, .NET Core)

3+ years experience in designing and development highly scalable distributed systems using Microservices Architecture.

3+ years experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs

3+ years experience with relational and non relational databases - SQL, Oracle, MongoDB

Desired Skills:

Experience in Data Streaming platforms like Kafka

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps Engineering. Used at least few of the tools like - Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, SonarQube, Checkmarx, uDeploy, Harness etc

Experience in monitoring and dashboarding tools like - ELK, Grafana, Kibana, App Dynamics etc.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
