About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in the Branch Systems & Transformation as part of Consumer Small Business Banking. As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will work closely with development and scrum teams, along with, Product Owners on reviewing and updating specs, investigating system middle-ware API calls, and providing analysis of technical pieces. Working closely with software developers and engineers to correctly convey business requirements and investigate or escalate blockers

Working closely with middleware, micro-service and API providers to understand and utilize applicable functionality

Interpreting technical requirement documentation and system flows to utilize in analysis and application of system solutions

Writing and updating technical specification documentation to reflect completed development

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business

Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures

Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to interpret complex technical business needs, technical requirements documents, and system flows to translate into business requirements and solutions

Ability to analyze data and technical challenges in order to articulate and resolve potential solutions

Ability to present complex technical data across technology and non- technology groups

Ability to manage complex programs, projects, and issues involving multiple technology platforms

Ability to read and interpret code logs such as Splunk, Postman, or similar system logging tools

Technical Writing experience, preferably in the banking industry

Experience writing and updating technical specification documentation to reflect completed development

Knowledge and understanding of banking platforms or processes

Experience in software development or engineering

Experience with Wells Fargo systems such as Service Vision Platform (SVP)

Experience with MS Azure cloud computing technology

Experience with micro-service based architecture

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
