- The resource will establish and document policy, procedures, standards, and other documents as required, for delivery of Changes related to Application services that follow industry standard methodologies and best practices
- The resource should have 5+ years? experience as managing application development/operation teams with at least 3+ years experience in Change and release Management Processes in a Life Sciences organization with Proven success as a change and release manager for large implementation projects Health and Human Services project experience
- In-depth understanding of SDLC methodology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical issues to a non-technical audience .
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, project management, client management and customer stakeholders.
