Description We are offering a role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Summit, New Jersey. The role is a contract employment opportunity, where the individual will be a key player in managing the clerical and administrative tasks for our team. Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to all callers. Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory. Assist in managing the calendars of team members, including confirming appointments and sending email reminders. Welcome and greet visitors, including students and parents, providing a positive first impression. Assist with early pick-ups by parents and ensure smooth operation. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to perform various administrative tasks. Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner with a high level of organization. Exhibit strong communication skills in all interactions, including email correspondence. Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary. Assist in various areas as needed to ensure smooth operation of the office.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy Experience in managing email correspondence and maintaining professional communication Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
