Description Support a respected company with your skills as a Sales Assistant in this open position from Robert Half. A self-starter who wants the potential to grow could thrive in this role. The Sales Assistant is a long-term contract / contract position based in Stafford Township, New Jersey.Key responsibilities

Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them

Preparing travel and meeting arrangements

Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks

Completing ancillary Sales Assistant tasks as needed

Preparing communications and prooing documents

Preparing sales reports and presentations

Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees

Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally, providing superior service

Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services Requirements - Employer suggests 2+ years of Sales Assistant experience

Experience with Walkways

Procedures experience

Good understanding of Overtime

Leadership Skills experience highly desired

Hands-on experience with QA Management

Adeptness in check processing

Practical knowledge of warehouse management

Solid understanding of customer service

Demonstrated knowledge of retail

Previous experience working with Punctual

Foundational knowledge in Workstation Support

Expertise in sales

Attendance experience highly preferred

Cycle Count experience highly valued

General familiarity with Conductivity

Background working with Go

Comprehension of Store Experience

Earlier work involving ProFile

Exceptional social skills, previous experience coordinating projects, and able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
