PC Technician

Description We are in search of a meticulous PC Technician to become part of our team in South Plainfield, New Jersey. This role involves providing first-line technical support, installing and troubleshooting systems, and ensuring system and data security. The successful candidate will have the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-oriented approach.Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and peripherals. Respond to IT support requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person. Collaborate with team members to resolve escalated issues efficiently. Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations. Ensure system and data security by adhering to company policies and procedures. Utilize skills in Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Networking, Operating System, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments. Provide Deskside Support when required. Requirements Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required for this role. Must have experience working with Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is necessary. Strong networking skills are essential. Knowledge of various Operating Systems is required. Experience with Active Directory is a must. Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware. Should have experience in Configuration Management. Experience in Deployments is necessary for this role. Deskside Support skills are also required for this position.
