Experience:
Plumbing 5 years (Required) (HVAC a Plus)
Installing and repairing water, gas, and other piping systems
Installing plumbing fixtures like bathtubs, sinks, and toilets
Installing appliances like dishwashers and water heaters
Cleaning drains and removing obstructions
Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
Working with Customer and writing up Estimate
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine plumbing layouts.
Utilize hand and power tools for pipe threading and installation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on time.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Education:
Need to be within 15 mins from the office.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
