Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Pool Technician and or Pool Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance, repair, and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool walls and floors.
- Test pool water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain water balance and sanitation levels.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
- Perform seasonal opening and closing services for pools.
- Keep accurate records / photos of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs.
- Advise customers on proper pool care and recommend solutions for pool-related issues.
- Stay current with the latest pool service techniques and standards.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in pool maintenance and repair preferred.
- Knowledge of pool pumps, filters, chemistry, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Certification in pool maintenance or a related field is a plus.
