Responsibilities:
· Prepare construction sites, including excavation, plumbing, and concrete work.
· Set, block, and level manufactured housing units.
· Complete structural fastening, roofing, siding, and trim.
· Ensure weather-tightness and overall quality of construction.
· Collaborate with the Construction Crew Lead to address issues and maintain project timelines.
· Represent D & K Solutions LLC professionally in the field
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years experience in construction.
· Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
· Ability to work efficiently and safely under pressure
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within New Jersey, Delaware, And Maryland.
