CABINET INSTALLATION FIELD TECH
Compensation: $22 HR. & Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision & Life Insurance plans.
Employment type: Full-time, weekdays
RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION OF CUSTOM DISPLAY CASES
Requires skilled craftsman experience as a cabinet maker. This is NOT an "I'm willing to learn" position!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assures that customer's products are processed and installed in accordance with order and meet specifications.
Identify problems and potential solutions by viewing blueprints.
Travel to, and possibly transport materials, to installation locations.
Set up work in a safe and efficient manner.
Other related duties as assigned by Management.
Note: When installation services are not required in the field, the installer will be required to work on the shop floor and report directly to the Production Supervisor.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a metal and wood products manufacturing environment.
Proficient in reading and comprehending shop drawings.
Must be able to work in a team-oriented, safety conscience environment.
Must be able to effectively work alone or in groups with others.
Work with other departments to meet production and shipping schedules.
Ability to work without direct supervision and make appropriate decisions.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL - with frequent out of state overnight stays.
Valid driver license with excellent driving record (driver’s license abstracts are obtained).
Must have flexibility.
Strong communication skills.
Punctual.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent GED, Technical Trade School and/or training preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level is frequently loud.
