We are looking for a trainer for our private personal training studio. We try to be upfront about everything so here goes:
1)We pay $18 per session to start. Sessions are usually an hour.
2)Trainers are sub-contracted.
3)We do not currently offer health benefits
4)There is NOOOO selling involved. Our training managers sign our clients up and you simply train them.
5)The company will be building more studios and there is room for growth.
6)We are looking for part time, but flexible to get to full time within a few months.
7)Some places pay more, but we keep our client costs down, so that we have plenty of hours available.
We do not have a high turnover rate. We have a family like atmosphere.
We would rather take someone who does not need tons of hours the first 2-3 months, but can work flexible times , but wants to make a career out of this. Mornings can start as early as 5 am if trainers like morning shifts. Being able to work in Haddonfield, Voorhees and Moorestown can build up your full book quicker since we have clients at all three studios.
