Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Showcase our inventory of used vehicles to prospective buyers.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle demonstrations.
Assist customers in exploring financing options and explain warranty coverage.
Negotiate sales contracts and ensure seamless transactions.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive sales preferred, but not required.
Passion for cars and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Valid driver's license
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
