Roofing experts in the South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia area are actively seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers, evaluating customers’ needs, delivering a sales presentation tailored toward those needs, and closing the sale with a signed contract.
To be considered the candidate must have experience In Home Services Sales: roofing (commercial & residential properties), siding and windows.
Job Description:
Provide evaluations of customer’s existing materials via visual and physical inspection including, but not limited to, an attic inspection
Measure and create a bid for the customer’s project
Accurately and thoroughly complete necessary paperwork, including financial documents and contracts, and finalize a sale
Provide any necessary follow-up or customer service that is required by your manager and/or the customer
Contribute to leads for the overall lead count
Be on-call to provide estimates Monday-Friday from 9 am-6 PM

Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish customer relationships quickly
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with all external and internal customers in a positive manner
Demonstrates a proactive approach and is flexible with change or ambiguity
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees and customers in the English language.
