TechLink Services is a leading provider of nationwide installation and project management services for clients across various industries. With over 13 years of experience, we specialize in digital signage, telecom, networking equipment, wireless integration, kiosk, and IoT technologies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced, skilled, and reliable Contract/1099 Digital Signage Field Technicians to join our national network of professional installers.
Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain digital signage systems for a variety of clients across different industries, including quick-serve restaurants, retail, education, and more.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital signage systems.
Adhere to TechLink Services' quality and safety standards while performing installations and maintenance tasks.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Document completed work and provide updates through TechLink Services' proprietary cloud-based software.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital signage installation and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to complete installation projects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a variety of digital signage systems, including indoor/outdoor menu boards, video walls, and advertising displays.
