Seeking Community Manager – (PT / flexible!)

Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, the Property Manager is responsible for all phases of the on-site operation of a property.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Marketing and Leasing of available rental homes & Renewals of current residents

Process rental applications; prepare, sign and process all leases and related forms.

Collect rents/fees and handle delinquent accounts in a timely manner.

Ensure implementation and compliance with all local codes and housing directives.

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions of the property.

Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs.

Supervise all office, maintenance, and contractor operations

Make regular inspections of all common and in-unit areas to ensure optimal property standards are maintained

Position requirements:

Minimum 2+ years' prior property management. Strong Leasing/Sales experience

Time management and multi-tasking skills.

Strong organizational skills with effective decision-making abilities.

Proven experience in solving resident, employee, vendor and financial issues. .

Knowledge of accounting/business with understanding of payables, receivables, variance reporting, and budgeting.

Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel). Experience with property management software; AppFolio will be helpful.
