You will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and assisting in the evaluation and acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive property inspections, including visual inspections of the interior and exterior.
Identify and document necessary repairs, maintenance issues, and potential safety hazards.
Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports with photos.
Interact professionally with tenants and property owners as needed.
Schedule inspections and manage timelines effectively.
Upload and manage inspection data using online platforms.
Qualifications:
Licensed/insured inspector preferred but not required.
Previous experience in property inspection, contracting, or related fields.
Comfortable with tenant interactions and scheduling.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in sending and receiving emails and managing online work.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
Must own essential inspection tools (ladder, flashlight, screwdriver, etc.).
Ability to take high-quality photos using a smartphone or digital camera.
Reliable internet access and computer for report submission.
Compensation:
Competitive pay per inspection. Rates vary based on property type and inspection complexity. ($50 to $75 each)
