Title Clerk – Used Car Dealership
Full-Time | Monday – Friday

About Us:
We are a fast-growing, customer-focused used car dealership with multiple locations in NJ seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to join our team. Our ideal candidate is organized, experienced with motor vehicle paperwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and file vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents with the NJMVC
Prepare title paperwork for wholesale and retail car sales
Verify title information and ensure accuracy of all documents
Communicate with customers, banks, and DMV representatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title regulations and compliance standards
Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry strongly preferred
Knowledge of NJMVC processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Dealercenter, Dealertrack, CDK, etc.) is a plus
