Marlton, NJ law firm is seeking entry-level clerical/receptionist support. Not remote. Office hours are 9am-5pm but we are flexible on the schedule. Position is responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including answering the telephone, copying, scanning and filing. Duties would also include, but are not limited to, greeting clients and visitors and handling daily in-coming mail. Candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks and must be able to work independently. Looking for someone with a professional appearance and experienced telephone skills. Legal experience not required but is a plus.
Qualifications, Education and Experience required:
- High School diploma or equivalent - minimum
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and some Excel knowledge is helpful), Power Point, Share Point Document Management System and Adobe PDF Editor.
- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to work independently and prioritize assignments
- Prior experience in an office setting is a plus
- Three (3) verifiable references required
We are a small office. Health benefits are not provided. Starting salary is NJ Minimum Wage. Salary can be discussed depending on the experience of the candidate.
