I seek a local, reliable, professional administrative/personal assistant. This will involve LinkedIn communication, meeting planning, and support (follow-up/notes/scheduling). Research would also be part of some projects. I prefer someone who knows ChatGPT, which will speed up many tasks, but someone who does not rely 100% on AI (smart enough to modify wording so it does not sound like a robot).
Seeking someone 14-18 hours per week M-F.
Excellent grammar, writing skills, and knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets are needed. We will communicate by email – Slack – Zoom, and phone. My company is Orpical.com, and this could lead to a full-time position in the future.
You must have your own computer and be able to meet at our local offices 2-3 per month. This may include (rarely) running to Staples - the post office, etc.

Our primary location is Laurel Springs, and we have an office in Mount Laurel. You must be available during the day for 75%+ of the assignments. With only 14-18 hours per week, this can be flexible around school schedules, etc.
