Construction Office Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Vineland, NJ
Starting Rate: $18.50 per hour (adjustable based on experience)
Description:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual ready to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for someone new to the workforce, such as a recent graduate, who is eager to learn and grow within our construction office environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Account Management: Set up and manage customer accounts, organize digital files, and handle estimates in HubSpot and Sage 100 Contractor.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule client meetings, track proposals, and update project timelines.
Light Bookkeeping & Administrative Support: Assist with minor bookkeeping tasks and general office duties.
Growth Opportunities: Potential for advancement within the company into specialized roles.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and a willingness to learn AI tools and other technologies.
Availability to start immediately and not currently employed.
