Title – Finishing Inspector / Quality – 3rd Shift
Location – Mt. Laurel, NJ
Hours – Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift 11PM-7AM, rotating Saturdays required during busy seasons.
Pay - $18/HR + 15% shift differential pay. This role is also eligible for overtime.
Benefits – Full time, permanent role, with benefits and PTO
Must be available to train during 1st shift hours for the first 6 weeks
Our client is seeking a 3rd Shift Finishing Inspector. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you are hired as a permanent employee from day one.
Responsibilities
- Works alongside an additional Quality and the Production Manager on the 3rd shift.
- Product sign off and inspection
- Manage vendor corrective action
- QA inspection on the finished product as well as material coming in
Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a quality or finishing role, within a manufacturing setting
- Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, and Excel
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time within a production environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds
