1. Analyze Documents(blue prints, specs, proposals) to prepare time, cost and labor estimates.
2. Experienced with Metal Fabrication manufacturing.
3.Knowledgeable on Fabrication Equipment: Shear, CNC Press Brake; CNC Turret Punch Press, Weld, Cleaning, Paint and Assembly.
4. Work with Engineering/Programming to translate customer requirements into production instructions compatible with best company production methods.
5.Monitor progress in Engineering/Programming to move orders into production.
6. Consult with clients to define job requirements.
7. Review Travelers and Bills of Material prior to production release for accuracy of customer requirements.
8. Recommend and follow up on purchased parts needed for Bills of Materials.
