Immigration and Criminal Defense (PA and NJ)
Full time or part time available.
Applicant must be fluent in spanish and english.
No college degree required, but preferred (some college experience preferred, however, any intelligent applicant will be considered).
Experience with USCIS applications and Immigration Court forms/procedures desired. Applicants with this experience will receive higher pay rate. See below.
Applicant must have ability to use technology including: google drive, and case management software (will provide training).
Applicant will have opportunity to perform legal research if competent.
Applicant will develop leadership skills as this is a core value at Dizengoff & Yost.
Excellent reading and writing skills are essential.
This is an opportunity to grow with our law firm which has had immense growth over the past 3 years.
Part time or Full time available.
$17-25/hr depending on ability. USCIS application experience will be considered.
If applicant is current law student- Possible associate position available once licensed.
We perform serious work which has immense consequences (positive or negative) for our clients. But we also try to have a good deal of fun while we do it!
