Hello,
I am looking for an Employment/Labor attorney to follow up on where the EEOC left off, and continue a potentially class action lawsuit against a large company in South Jersey.
I applied for a position and did not get the position after having great interviews from the company standpoint. I believe it is due to race and possibly age. I know one other person that applied and was denied too. I possible know more as the industry is small.
