Now Hiring: Sound Booth Installation Assistant (Full-Time)
Pay: $25–$28/hr (Based on Experience) + Benefits
Guaranteed 30 Hours/Week | Travel-Based | Hands-On Training
Hey there — I'm looking to bring someone onto my team as a full-time assistant for building medical-grade sound booths. These booths are typically installed in hospitals or doctor’s offices, and the work involves traveling to different job sites, assembling modular parts, and doing hands-on builds.
You’d be working directly with me — I’m the lead supervisor — and over time, I’ll train you to take on more responsibility and grow into a lead role yourself. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and not afraid of a little heavy lifting, this could be a great fit for you.
What the Job Looks Like:
You’ll travel with me (I’ll be driving) to install sound booths at medical facilities
The booths come broken down — we assemble them on-site
Most jobs are single-day trips, but occasional overnight stays (1–3 days) do happen — longer stays are rare
This is physical work — lifting, carrying, measuring, assembling
I’ll train you on everything you need to know, except for the basics (like reading a tape measure correctly)
What I’m Offering:
Pay: $25–$28/hour depending on experience and skill level
Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week, even if we work less
Travel Perks: Transportation and meals are fully covered
Tools: All tools and materials provided
Growth: I’m looking for someone I can train and count on — this role is meant to grow into a lead position over time
Benefits: Full-time benefits included
Training: No prior experience with sound booths necessary — I’ll teach you everything on site
Requirements:
Able to read a tape measure accurately (speed not required — just correctness)
Physically able to lift and move booth components
Willing to travel, work closely with me, and occasionally stay overnight
Must pass a drug test during the hiring process
Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and interest in learning something new
If you're dependable, ready to work, and want to be part of a growing team in a specialized field, I’d love to hear from you. Send me a message or resume and let’s talk.
