Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Manage daily dealership operations, including inventory, customer interactions, and sales strategies.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of the current used car market, pricing, and trends.
Ensure that the dealership operates within legal and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Familiarity with automotive finance processes is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
