We are currently hiring aka Maintenance Technicians for our community in Pittsgrove, NJ
The primary responsibilities for this role will be:
· Performing routine maintenance on building and ground systems;
· Cleaning and assisting with the upkeep of the facilities;
· Inspecting and identifying equipment or machines in need of repair and ensuring they are repaired in a timely manner;
· Troubleshooting issues and determining necessary repairs in partnership with the Community Manager and Regional Manager;
· Ordering supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance;
· Maintaining the ground of the assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal;
· Ensuring that common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage;
· Keeping all storm drains clear of foliage and debris;
· Readying the property for various weather conditions, such as salting sidewalks and common areas;
· Performing other related duties as assigned.
If you are organized, reliable, have a valid driver’s license, and can stand/walk/crouch/climb like a ninja, we would love to meet you! Of course, prior maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
