Position: Landscaping Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaping Technician to join our innovative landscaping team in Pennsauken, NJ. This role involves operating string trimmer and working alongside robotic landscaping equipment to maintain residential and commercial properties. must be able to operate a string, trimmer, to cut lawns with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with robotic landscaping tools, including autonomous mowers, for optimal results.
- Perform routine maintenance on mowers and robotic equipment (cleaning, minor troubleshooting).
- Ensure properties are manicured to company standards, including edging and trimming as needed.
- Report equipment issues and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Assist with other landscaping tasks (e.g., leaf removal, mulching) as required.
Requirements:
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers (1+ years preferred).
- Comfortable working with or learning to use robotic landscaping equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Pennsauken, NJ.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
