JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine cleaning: This may include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning and organization, furniture, wall spot cleaning, blinds, and windows
Restroom cleaning: This may include cleaning and sanitizing toilets and urinals, spot cleaning walls and partitions, dusting, sinks and countertops, mirrors, glass, stainless steel, and sweeping and mopping floors
Area cleaning: Responsible for vacuuming carpeted areas, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
Ability to effectively relate to persons with various types of disabilities, personalities, and cultural backgrounds
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to speak and read English
Must have a smartphone
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk or move for an extended period
Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction
Finger dexterity is required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than
with whole hands, and arms, (example; using a phone)
Communication skills using the spoken word
Ability to see within normal parameters
Ability to hear within normal range
Must be able to tolerate odors and dust
Workday: 8 hours; more when necessary
