We are a Luxury Apartment Building located in Cherry Hill. This is a Full Time opportunity flexible schedule with overtime availability. Compensation based upon experience. ($16-$22)
We are renovating our two high rise buildings as well as updating apartments as they turn over for new tenants. We are also looking to add staff to our maintenance department to handle work order requests.

INTERIOR FINISH TECHNICIANS
Painters and Carpentry Responsibilities include: quality painting, spackle, moldings, install doors, new cabinetry and countertops. Sand and Seal flooring and some light tile work.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities include: Responding to tenant service request. Possess general knowledge of both plumbing and Electric. Able to communicate with tenant as well as manager.
FACILITY CLEANER
Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas, such as lobby, hallways and walkways. Routine maintenance and upkeep of the stairwells and laundry rooms. Turn over cleaning prior to renovations as well as final cleanings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building maintenance or property management is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Bilingual a plus. Good communication skills to interact with residents, and management.
- Proven ability to work independently.
Compensation based on prior experience.
Ideal candidate will live within 10miles of Cherry Hill. Valid Driver License required.
