The ideal candidate is organized and dependable. Candidates must be able to lift 40lbs and be on their feet for extended periods of time. You will be acting as the extra eyes, ears and hands for the veterinarian to ensure the best quality pet care and to maximize the veterinarian’s productivity.
Assisting veterinarians and veterinary medical team through the day-to-day function of the hospital and communicating with the team to maintain the flow of patients.
Communicating with clients about unique pet health concerns and offering guidance on preventive care, medications, and other treatments.
Using safe restraining techniques, following standard protocols, and maintaining organized treatment area and exam room.
Rate of pay is commensurate with experience.
