Great Per Diem positions available with the ability to make your own hours. We are a growing practice with many possibilities seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role is crucial in diagnosing and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will work with patients of all ages, morning, evening and weekend hours available. A strong commitment to patient care and a passion for helping others communicate effectively is essential.
Duties
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
Plan and provide individual therapy according to individual needs and goals.
Maintain all records in compliance with regulations, reimbursement requirements, and job responsibilities.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide education and resources for patients and their families regarding speech therapy techniques.
Participate in early intervention programs for pediatric patients to promote effective communication development.
Skills
Must have NJ License as Speech Language Pathologist or Temporary License pursuing Clinical Fellowship.
Experience in providing patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
Ability to assess patient needs effectively and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Exhibits responsibility and professionalism
Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques used in speech therapy.
