Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's, or Licensed Psychologists to join our team. As an Inner Compass therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals change their lives. We use the innovative techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as well as other evidence-based therapies when needed (previous training in EMDR not required). You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact -on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify symptoms and treatment goals.

-Provide individual therapy sessions using EMDR therapy techniques to address clients' traumatic experiences and related symptoms.

-Integrate or provide other evidence-based therapies as needed

-Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care.

-Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.

-Stay informed about current research and best practices in EMDR therapy through ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

-Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

-Current licensure as a mental health professional in the state of NJ.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

-Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in professional practice.

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based on a percentage of session fees collected.

Typical pay range for therapists is $60- $95 per session
