Job Description
With approximately 13,000 individuals turning 65 each day, the demand for Medicare insurance plans is at an all-time high. Unfortunately, there are not enough qualified insurance brokers to meet this growing need. This is where you come in.
As a Licensed Insurance Broker with The Sosa Insurance Group, you will play a vital role in guiding Medicare-eligible individuals through their healthcare plan options. Your responsibilities will include:
Educating clients on Medicare options and helping them find the best plan to suit their needs and budget.
Assisting clients throughout the enrollment process to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to provide continued support and service.

Holds a NJ Health/Life Insurance License (preferred) or is willing to obtain one.

Requirements
No prior sales experience required.
Must have a laptop, phone, and internet access.
A valid Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
Medicare and AHIP certification preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
