Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting the culinary staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand (3 - Compartment Sink)
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and food preparation areas.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the culinary team.
Properly dispose of waste and recyclables according to health and safety regulations.
Clean and sanitize Dining Room and Restrooms
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience as a Hand-Washing Dishwasher is REQUIRED. You will NOT be considered without this Requirement.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering, banquet service, or food preparation is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
