Qualifications:
2+ years of experience preferred
Knowledge of seafood and traditional sushi making techniques
Skill in handling raw rush and ingredients
Ability to work in a busy environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Availability during the week and weekends
Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
