Location: Ike's Famous Crabcakes | Ocean City NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Days and Weekends. Seasonal - April through October 5-7 days per week.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Food Prep. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well under pressure, and thrives in a team environment. Food prep is the heartbeat of the kitchen—and we need someone who takes pride in doing it right.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a full list of seafood products, soups, and sauces
Portion ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas
Label, date, and store food properly to ensure freshness
Assist line cooks and chefs with daily kitchen needs
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred but not required
Must be punctual, efficient, and able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a busy environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
