Responsibilities:
Extend warm and friendly greetings to all customers entering the pizzeria.
Efficiently answer phones, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
Commit to learning the menu thoroughly to assist customers with informed choices.
Verify and process takeout orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize the ability to greet customers confidently and with a clear, audible voice.
Ability to learn FOODTECH computer system for orders
Requirements:
MUST have prior experience in a pizzeria or restaurant like atmosphere.
Multiple shifts available (full time day shift, night part time, weekends)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
