Looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include: answering phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, scanning and uploading, printing and assembling client packets.
The ideal candidate should be presentable and make clients feel comfortable when calling and visiting the office. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Experience with PC's (email, Word, Excel) required.
This is a seasonal position February - May, with 25-40 hours weekly. Returning position available based on performance.
