Overview: We are seeking a detailed-oriented and self-motivated Project Estimator who thrives in a
performance-driven environment, to support the growth of our Painting, Flooring, and Cabinet divisions.

become a leading provider of apartment renovation services.
What you will do: The Project Estimator will play a crucial role in our operations by conducting site
visits, performing takeoffs for painting, flooring, and cabinet jobs, assisting in creating estimates, and
managing a pipeline of open estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the
construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site visits to job sites to assess project requirements for painting, flooring, and
cabinet jobs.
Perform detailed takeoffs and measurements accurately and efficiently.
Assist in creating estimates by calculating materials, labor costs, and other relevant expenses.
Collaborate with the Sales Reps and Project Manager to develop accurate and competitive bids.
Follow up on open bids and communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns.
Manage a pipeline of open estimates, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of project details, estimates, and communications with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and
regulations.
Maintain a reliable vehicle and possess a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing takeoffs and creating estimates.
Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills
Basic construction knowledge is a must
Tech savvy with excellent computer skills highly recommended
Must be proficient with Excel and other MS products
Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team atmosphere
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and navigate job sites safely.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and terminology preferred
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
